1. About the App
Oh My Dog is a lost-and-found pet recovery platform that helps users report missing or found pets, share sightings, view pet-related information on a map, and coordinate search efforts with other users.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally allowed to accept these Terms.

3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account or sign in to use certain features of the App.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner.
You must not:
– post false, misleading, or fraudulent pet reports
– impersonate another person or organization
– upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content
– interfere with the operation or security of the App
– use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
– attempt to access data or accounts without authorization

5. User Content
You may submit content including pet listings, photos, descriptions, sightings, messages, and location information (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the App.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and confirm that:
– you own it or have permission to use it
– it does not violate any law or third-party rights
– it is accurate to the best of your knowledge

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably consider harmful, false, inappropriate, or unlawful.

6. Location Services
The App may use location data to help users report pet locations, display nearby sightings, improve map-based results, and support live search coordination.
By using location-based features, you consent to the collection and use of location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can manage location permissions through your device settings.
Some features may not work properly if location access is disabled.

7. Notifications
The App may send you service-related messages, alerts, and notifications, including updates about pet reports, sightings, account activity, or search sessions.
You can manage certain notification preferences through your device or within the App where available.

8. No Guarantee Of Recovery Or Accuracy
Oh My Dog is intended to assist with lost-and-found pet efforts, but we do not guarantee:
– that a missing pet will be found
– that a reported sighting is accurate
– that all information provided by users is complete or reliable
– that the App will always be available or error-free

Users should use their own judgment and take reasonable precautions when acting on information shared through the App.

9. Safety
You are responsible for your own actions and personal safety when using the App, including when meeting other users, responding to sightings, or participating in live search efforts.
We are not responsible for the conduct of users offline or in real-world interactions.

10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, logos, software, text, graphics, and other content owned by us, is the property of OH MY DOG Finder LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

11. Third-Party Services
The App may use or link to third-party services, such as maps, login providers, analytics, or payment and communication tools.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Suspension And Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the App unlawfully or improperly.

13. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OH MY DOG Finder LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, pets, opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the App in the twelve months before the claim arose.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OH MY DOG Finder LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
– your use of the App
– your User Content
– your violation of these Terms
– your violation of any rights of another person or entity

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify users through the App or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
